East Noble Middle School FOOTBALLENMS Football 2021
Both the ENMS Knights teams have wrapped up another great season. The 7th grade team ended the season with a 6-2 record, which they will look to build on next year. The 8th grade team beat DeKalb in the NE8MS Conference Championship game by a score of 34-12, winning the conference title with a 7-2 record! In two years of middle school football the 8th graders were 14-3. Thank you for the hard work and memories, and good luck at the high school! ENMS Coaching Staff Matt Bennett - 8th Grade Head Coach
Coach Bennett is in his 10th year of teaching and coaching at ENMS, and 8th season as head coach. A 2007 graduate of Central Noble High School, he was a three year starter for the Cougars at guard and center. He is a 2011 graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Social Studies Education. Bennett teaches 8th grade US History at ENMS, and also coaches track and chaperones the DC Spring Break trip. He is getting married this fall to Chelsi, and loves being outdoors, travelling and watching football, basketball and baseball in his free time. Brian McNamara- 7th Grade Head Coach
Coach McNamara is a 7th grade science teacher at ENMS. He is in his 15th year teaching and coaching, all with East Noble Schools. He is a graduate of Eastside High School, where he was a standout fullback for the Blazers in the early 1990's. Coach Mac holds a bachelors degree in education from IPFW, and a master's degree from Ball State University. He and his wife, Amy, have three children: Reid, Emma, and Nathan, all who have gone through East Noble schools. This will be Coach Mac's 15th season on the middle school staff as 7th grade head coach, calling 7th grade defense and coaching the defensive line. He is a fan of Oregon football and the New York Jets. Scott Kabrich
Coach Kabrich will be calling the 7th grade offense this fall. He is a graduate of Ball State University, and has been teaching at East Noble for 23 years, currently at ENMS teaching 7th grade science. Coach Kabrich brings 17 years coaching experience to the team, having coached at KMS and ENMS in the late 1990's and early 2000's, coaching several players who went on to be Indiana All-Stars as varsity players. He also leads the spring break trip to Washington DC, and teaches SCUBA classes. He and his wife Kim have two children, Meagan and Jackson, both students at East Noble. Rory Field
Coach Field has been teaching language arts and social studies at ENMS for 7 years, and has coached football for four of those years. He is a graduate of Northridge HS, where he played football, and Bowling Green State University. This year he will be coaching defensive backs and calling the 8th grade defense. He and his wife Sara are parents to Collin and Elli, both students at East Noble. He cheers for the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns on his fall weekends. Kaleb Cook
Coach Cook is a familiar face to longtime Knights fan. A 2016 graduate of ENHS, Cook played offensive line for the Knights, leading the way as the Knights won the inaugural NE8 championship in 2015. Following his senior year, Cook was recognized as an Indiana All-Star. He played Division I college football at Morehead State in Kentucky, where he studied computer science. Cook currently works as an instructional assistant at Wayne Center, while coaching the offensive linemen for the ENMS team. |
